- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
4. Orders & Delivery الطلبات والتوصيل
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a written purchase order or signed agreement
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on product availability
- Delivery within Muscat is available; other regions may incur additional charges
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery
5. Payment Terms شروط الدفع
- Payment terms are as agreed upon in the purchase order or contract
- For government tenders, payment terms follow the relevant tender board regulations
- Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by Omani law
6. Warranty & Returns الضمان والإرجاع
- Products carry manufacturer warranty as specified at the time of sale
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging
- Custom-ordered or specially procured items are non-returnable
